ABOUT US

On retirement I decided to become a stand-in-parent for small breed dogs and to take other people's stress away when they plan a well deserved break!  “Hondetannie” started in Magalieskruin Pretoria in January 2013 and continued when we moved to Jeffreysbay mid 2015.

SERVICES

I always found it very stressfull making plans for a holiday as I could not face the thought of my dog(s) in a kennel. I know what separation anxiety is… to me it felt as though I was punishing the poor dog by going away and leaving him in a small space area.

I am, just an ordinary person nothing fancy… but I feel for dogs.

All this helped me to decide to become the caring, reliable, sensitive dog sitter I always wanted for my fur-kids.  I am proud of what I do and enjoy every minute of it!  Especially the feedback that I get from my clients,  that their dog/s get very exited when they recognise something familiar on their way to the “Hondetannie” and I pick it up when they bark for me to open the gate.
